Yes! We occasionally offer discounts, Promotions but our pricing is primarily based on the man-hours required for each job. What is included in Deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning addresses homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a long time or have specific issues such as extensive clutter, pet hair, and grease. This service involves more time, specialized equipment, and a larger cleaning team. If we assess that your home needs Deep cleaning, you have the option to:

1. Proceed with a regular cleaning that covers as much as possible in the given time.

2. Upgrade to a Deep clean for a more thorough service.

3. Cancel the service at no cost

How many cleaners do you send for each job?

The size and condition of your home determine the number of cleaners. For a standard apartment, 1 or 2 cleaners are sufficient, but for a larger property or more intensive jobs, we send a team of up to 3 or more cleaners to complete the work efficiently.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You don’t need to be home while we clean. Just leave a key or access instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team will lock up after themselves, leaving your home spotless for when you return.

What cleaning supplies do you use? Can I request specific products?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family and pets. However, if stronger cleaning solutions are needed for specific issues like mold or deep stains, we’ll notify you and offer the option to use them. If you have preferred cleaning products or tools, let us know and we will gladly use them.

How do I schedule a cleaning?

Scheduling a cleaning with us is simple. Text, Email or give us a call, and we’ll confirm your Estimate appointment. We’ll also ask for any special requests or instructions to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of your cleaning.

How long does it take to clean my home?

The time required depends on the size and condition of your home. For the first cleaning, we may take a little longer to familiarize ourselves with your space. If additional time is needed due to the unique conditions of your home, we’ll communicate with you and adjust accordingly.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Service time may vary.  The first time takes longer as we learn what works best for your home and where everything is located.  Each subsequent time is faster.  

Also, it depends on what condition is your home is in.  Some people keep operating-room conditions at the home and just require a touch up or additional services.  Others have three teenagers, a dog, and two jobs.  We don't judge you when we find an old slice of pizza stuck behind the dresser.  We're here to help.  But it may take us a little longer to bring your home into the tip top shape. If additional time is required based on the unique conditions of your home, we will communicate promptly and give you the options. 

Can I customize my cleaning service?

Whether you need extra attention in certain areas, have special requests, or want to prioritize specific rooms, we are happy to adjust our service to suit your preferences. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice at no cost. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the cleaning, Additional time may be added to your next cleaning to ensure a thorough cleaning. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you clean pet hair?

Yes! We specialize in cleaning homes with pets and are experienced in removing pet hair from furniture, carpets, and hard-to-reach places. However, homes with extensive pet hair may require additional time or special equipment, so please inform us ahead of time if your pets shed heavily.

We try to accommodate last-minute cleaning requests whenever possible. If you need a same-day or emergency cleaning, contact us, and we’ll do our best to fit you into our schedule. Please note that same-day services are subject to availability.
